Can I demo the content? Can I demo the app?

YES! When we were in practice, we know WE would have wanted to see what our team would be seeing - or test it for ourselves. 

Weekly Soft Skills Series (for Everyone): DEMO via Browser or get the full user experience for team members who would access their training via our app.  Go to the App Store (Apple or Android) and search "upSKILLery". Follow the prompts.

How much time does it take to set-up my TEAM membership and get started?

Set-up: We'll align with you on a 30-minute set-up call and make the process quick and easy. 
After this, you'll fill in your team's information in a spreadsheet and send them a copy-paste email announcing this exciting new membership. Total, this should take less than an hour including your call with us. (We recommend making a big announcement in your next team meeting as well to build up the hype and celebrate this opportunity!)

Start: For teams, our foundational, three-part series, The Art of Soft Skills: Connection & Conversion, can be sent out to be taken individually, on-demand, OR in groups. We recommend scheduling a rotation of lunch sessions by department or all together over a three-week period to get everyone on the same page. If you wish to preview this content before your team, each session is 40-50 minutes long. 

How much time does it take to MANAGE my team's learning? 

US: For the Weekly Team Soft Skill Microlearning Series, we notify your team each week that their new upSKILL is ready and keep them engaged with automatic reminders.

YOU: (Teams) Anyone you provide team leader access to will receive a weekly email prompting review. In five minutes or less, they can log into their dashboard and at a glance see who's completed their learning or fallen behind. 
Recommended: Our weekly leader emails include tips to spark conversation and talk through application with your team. The most successful practices incorporate these conversations into their weekly team meetings or huddles to foster internal collaboration. 

Do I get access to everything right when I sign up?

One-Time upSKILL enrollment: Yes!

For You Members: Yes! 
Team Members: After sign-up, you'll have access to everything, but the Weekly Team Soft Skill Microlearning Series. You can preview/demo this content, and when your team completes their foundational soft skill training  we'll start this weekly cadence for everyone in your membership at once. 

 How long do the weekly upSKILLs last? 

As long as you want! They're designed to continue indefinitely, cycling through refresher content while adding in new perspectives, scenarios, and skills. In our own practice we wanted a culture of learning that never ends, so this checks that box!
(They’re in quick bites: only 8 minutes or less each week!)

Can I self navigate through the library of content?

Yes! You can access any upSKILL, any time. 

For Teams: The Weekly Team Soft Skill Microlearning Series is accessible once you're ready for your team to begin weekly learning, after the foundational The Art of Soft Skills: Connection & Conversion is completed.

What devices can my team use to access upSKILLery?

Everything is formatted for mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop screen sizes! 
For team members who use their phones, we recommend our app for Apple or Android devices.

What does support look like?

All members have access to email support any time. 
Custom memberships may include additional 1:1 virtual support.

Can I reset my team's progress?

Yes! We get it, sometimes with management changes we need to hit a reset button. Maybe you want your entire team to be on the same week of the Weekly Team Soft Skill Microlearning Series, or maybe you had team members take an upSKILL together or as a group and you need to mark someone complete. You can do this through your dashboard OR get support and we can do it for you!

I downloaded my upSKILL, watched it, but now it doesn't show I've completed it. How can I fix that?

No problem! If you're part of a team membership, your administrator can update your progress from their dashboard. If you're not, or they have trouble, you can simply request our team to mark it complete for you here

Does my practice have to be a 1:1 client with The Patient Whisperers to use upSKILLery? 

Nope. upSKILLery is designed for anyone to access expert guidance and training any time.

How do I upgrade to TEAMS membership from my For YOU membership?

You love the content, so you're ready to include your team and all get access to all of the TEAM trainings! We make it easy: the set-up fee includes an onboarding call and complete set-up for a painless and easy start! TEAMS membership includes ALL Team Trainings + Management and Marketing upSKILLs that you already have access to. Go to the bottom footer of upSKILLery after you're logged in and click "My Account" ; on the right under CHANGE MEMBERSHIP select the team size that fits and then click "Change."  After that we'll help you get your team enrolled!
