Three Immersive Sessions
Everyone is busy in practice. This masterclass is on-demand to fit your schedule recommended over a 3-week period. Each session hits hard and is completely relevant to empowering your daily interactions.

The Method Why it works
Effective learning is not an 'event' that people 'do' it's a journey that we live. This scientific learning method includes four stages in our journey when combined with our ongoing membership sessions in Mastering the Soft Skills of Patient Connection:
1. Knowledge (Learn)
We start with your immersive 3-part Art of Soft Skills sessions to change perspective & beliefs, refresh or learn new skills, and bring it all to life through intentional interactions with our patients (and anyone in our lives, really!).
2. Repetition (Refresh)
Studies show that repetition is part of the learning journey and combats that 'forgetting curve' that leaves us with only 10% of what we learned. We continually repeat and refresh this information in our weekly series so all you have to do is show up and become a master.
3. Retrieval (Recall)
Established by nearly 100 years of research, “retrieval practice” is a learning strategy where we focus on getting information out. By calling information to mind, our memory is strengthened and forgetting is less likely to occur. This series + plus our weekly membership includes exercises for you to retrieve the information you've absorbed in simple, non-graded self-assessments.
4. Application (Practical use)
Studies also show us that we cannot fully absorb information until it is put to use in 'real life.' In our membership program, each week there's a personal challenge to find ways to use each belief or skill with patients to convert knowledge into habit.
